1960's Simplicity 5981 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' One-Piece Slip-Dress and Dress: V. 1 dress with back zipper closing and optional tie belt has round neckline and long set-in sleeves gathered at wrists. Neck and sleeve edges are encased in bias binding, cut of slip-dress fabric. Sleeves fasten with loop and button. Dress featured primarily of lace, eyelet and sheers is to be worn over slip-dress which has shoulder straps and back zipper closing. Slip-dress V. 2 has two rows of lace edging at lower edge. V. 3 has circular self fabric ruffle at lower edge.
